The role involves processing 3D scan data, analyzing wear patterns, preparing technical reports, and predicting the remaining life of mill liners to support customer maintenance planning.
Experience
- 4 to 6 years of relevant experience
- Hands-on experience in 3D scan data processing, dimensional inspection, and Geomagic

Good to Have
- Experience with PolyWorks
- Mining, mineral processing, or heavy industry background
- Knowledge of mill liners and wear mechanisms
- Experience with handheld or terrestrial laser scanners
- Spanish language proficiency
Key Responsibilities
- Process and validate 3D scan data
- Perform scan registration and scan-to-CAD comparisons
- Create CAD models from scan data and drawings
- Analyze wear patterns and predict remaining liner life
- Prepare wear monitoring and technical reports
- Ensure report quality and on-time delivery
- Communicate technical issues, wear trends, and risks
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
Work Location & Shift
- Initial 2 months: Work from Coimbatore (onsite for training)
- Post training: Hybrid work model with reporting to Chennai or Coimbatore
- Shift: Night Shift
