We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay Delivery Lead with robust expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goal Management (PMGM), Compensation, and Variable Pay. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting SuccessFactors Compensation solutions while leading end-to-end project delivery. The role requires working closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, configure solutions, perform testing, and ensure successful deployments. Candidates with strong delivery leadership, client-facing experience, and expertise in PMGM and Compensation modules are preferred.
