About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and enhance scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on development experience, a solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, and the ability to build secure, high-performing applications and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and JavaScript.
- Build and customize solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud based on business requirements.
- Develop REST/SOAP integrations with external applications using Salesforce APIs.
- Create reusable Lightning components and optimize application performance.
- Implement secure and scalable solutions following Salesforce best practices, governor limits, and security standards.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
- Perform code reviews,



troubleshoot production issues, and support application enhancements.
- Manage source control, deployments, and release activities using Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Maintain technical documentation and ensure high-quality coding standards.

Required Qualifications

- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Solid expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript, SOQL, and SOSL.
- Experience developing integrations using Salesforce APIs and standard integration patterns.
- Hands-on implementation experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and governor limits.
- Experience working with Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development practices.
- Exposure to integration platforms such as MuleSoft is an added advantage.
