Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 6-8 BDEs/Sr. BDEs.
- Drive individual and team sales targets.
- Monitor and improve lead conversion and sales performance.
- Conduct regular coaching, performance reviews, and team training.
- Handle client interactions through calls, emails, and messages.
- Resolve customer objections and close sales effectively.
- Identify hiring requirements and support team expansion.




- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business goals.

Requirements:

- 4-8 years of experience in B2B Inside Sales/Telesales.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Team Leader.
- Proven experience in revenue generation and team management.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and Google Workspace.
- Ability to lead by example and achieve aggressive sales targets.
