- 10+ years of experience in UI development, with at least 4+ years in Flutter & hybrid app development.
- Expertise in Flutter framework, Dart programming, and cross-platform UI architecture.
- Robust knowledge of state management (BLoC, Riverpod, Redux), widget lifecycle, and Flutter animations.
- Experience with hybrid app development, web rendering optimizations, and Flutters web compatibility.
- Proficiency in RESTful APIs, GraphQL, WebSockets, and JSON-based UI data handling.
- Familiarity with native mobile development (Swift/Kotlin), PWA strategies, and WebAssembly.
- Experience working with banking and financial applications is a plus.
