Roles & Responsibilities:
- Prepare and monitor project schedules using MS Project.
- Track project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Prepare and verify client and subcontractor RA bills and final bills.
- Review BOQs, drawings, and quantities for billing purposes.
- Coordinate with site, procurement, and project teams to ensure timely execution.
- Monitor project costs, material consumption, and budget.
- Maintain billing, planning, and project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with contract terms and project timelines.
Required Skills:
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 23 years of experience in planning and billing.
- Proficiency in MS Project, MS Excel, and AutoCAD.
- Positive knowledge of BOQ, billing, project planning, and quantity estimation.
