We are looking for an experienced Analytics Consulting Manager with 1115 years of experience in Analytics, Data Science, Consulting, or Business Intelligence. The ideal candidate should possess solid BFSI domain expertise and have experience partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver AI/ML and data-driven business solutions. The role requires leading analytics engagements, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with senior stakeholders and business leaders across Fortune 100 BFSI organizations, including Marketing, Customer Experience, Digital, Risk, and Strategy functions.
- Lead discovery workshops to understand business objectives, challenges, and opportunities.
- Translate business problems into scalable analytics, AI/ML, and data-driven solutions.
- Design business solutions using customer, marketing, risk, AML, campaign,



and transactional data.
- Drive AI/ML and Generative AI adoption by defining solution architectures aligned with business objectives.
- Lead large-scale analytics engagements ensuring high-quality delivery and measurable business outcomes.
- Mentor and guide cross-functional teams comprising data scientists, analysts, data engineers, and consultants.
- Collaborate with technology and data engineering teams to build scalable analytics platforms and data products.
- Present executive-level insights and strategic recommendations to business leaders and C-suite stakeholders.
- Stay updated with emerging trends and best practices within BFSI, Analytics, AI, and Machine Learning.
