Minimum Requirements:
Improvise the quality of the process.
Improve productivity
Reduce the cost of manufacturing.
Responsibilities:
Supervising the production process
Ensure that quality policies are framed in a structured way
Enhance worker awareness regarding quality and encourage them to give suggestions to improve quality and reducing internal rejections
Ensure that the quality policies are adhered
Facilitate multi tasking
Train and develop module employees
Ensure optimum utilization of resources
Sort out issues in the module
Ensure production planning, inventory management, tools and process control for the module
Knowledge in SPC tools
Knowledge of problem solving tools
Ensure QCC participation of team members
Drive cost reduction projects
Co-ordinate and facilitate training for the operators in the module.

Qualification: BE with 4+ years experience

Industry: Any Manufacturing industry

Preferred candidate profile:

Only Female candidates Preferred Not Male Candidate
