Hiring: Head Corporate Relations (Chennai)

We are looking for an experienced Corporate Relations Professional to lead and strengthen both internal and external stakeholder engagement for a leading manufacturing organization.

Location: Chennai
Experience: 15+ Years

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the organization's corporate relations strategy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government authorities, regulatory bodies, industry associations, media, and other external stakeholders.
- Act as the key liaison between the organization and external agencies to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Drive employee communication initiatives and strengthen internal engagement across functions.
- Support leadership in corporate communication, public relations, and reputation management.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage organizational events, visits, and stakeholder interactions.
- Handle crisis communication and ensure timely, consistent messaging during critical situations.
- Monitor policy and regulatory developments and work with relevant teams to ensure proactive engagement.




- Represent the organization at industry forums, conferences, and networking events.

Preferred Profile

- 15+ years of experience in Corporate Relations, Public Relations, Corporate Communications, Government Relations, or a similar function.
- Strong network with government departments, regulatory bodies, industry associations, and external stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in manufacturing, automotive, engineering, infrastructure, industrial, or large corporate organizations will be preferred.
- Proven ability to manage both internal and external communications while building a positive corporate image.
- Robust leadership skills with the ability to work effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams.
