- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues through phone calls, emails, or chats in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information to customers regarding products/services offered by the company.
- Meet performance targets for quality, productivity, and key performance metrics while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
Job Requirements :
- Excellent communication skills in English language (written & spoken).
- 1-2 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment handling international voice processes.
- Solid knowledge of customer support principles and practices.
- Ability to work on rotational shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, holidays etc.
