Job Responsibilities





- Handle inbound customer calls for international customers.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 1 year (12 months) of experience in an International Inbound Voice Process.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with multiple applications.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
