Finance Manager Accounts & Compliance

Role Summary

We are looking for a Chartered Accountant with 6 to12 years of post-qualification experience to manage the Company's accounting, financial reporting, statutory and regulatory compliances, audits, and finance governance. The role requires a hands-on professional who can ensure accurate financial records, timely compliances, strong internal controls, and effective coordination with auditors, consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Financial Reporting

- Manage end-to-end accounting and monthly/year-end book closure.
- Prepare financial statements and management reports.
- Review journal entries, provisions, accruals, depreciation, inter-company and related party transactions.
- Ensure accurate ledger scrutiny, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Statutory & Regulatory Compliance

- Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, PT, and other applicable laws.
- Maintain the statutory compliance calendar and coordinate with tax consultants for filings, assessments, and notices.
- Manage GST, TDS, and vendor/customer reconciliations.

FEMA & MCA Compliance

- Coordinate FEMA and RBI compliances, including FCGPR, FC-TRS, ECB, ODI, FIRC, KYC, and AD Bank documentation.
- Work with the Company Secretary on Companies Act filings and corporate compliances.

Audit & Internal Controls





- Coordinate statutory, tax, and internal audits.
- Prepare audit schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documents.
- Ensure strong financial controls, maker-checker processes, and compliance with internal policies.

Banking & Treasury

- Manage bank reconciliations, payment processing, cash flow tracking, and banking documentation.
- Coordinate with banks for loans, guarantees, KYC, and other banking requirements.

Investor & Process Support

- Support investor reporting, due diligence, and lender requirements.
- Maintain finance documentation and virtual data rooms.
- Drive process improvements, ERP enhancements, and finance SOPs.

Skills & Experience

- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 6 to 12 years of post-qualification experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliances.
- Experience handling statutory, tax, and internal audits.
- Working knowledge of FEMA, RBI, and Companies Act compliances.
- Valuable understanding of Internal Financial Controls (IFC/ICFR).
- Strong Excel and ERP skills.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, manufacturing, project-based, or investor-backed organizations will be preferred.
