About the Role

We are looking for a creative and technically sharp Product Video Creator who can create high-quality product explainer videos, SaaS walkthroughs, AI product demos, launch videos, and short-form marketing videos.

The ideal candidate should be able to take a product feature, understand the user journey, record or recreate the interface, write a clear story flow, add motion graphics, transitions, captions, sound design, and produce a polished video that feels modern, clean, and professional.

This role is especially suited for someone who understands AI products, SaaS tools, dashboards, developer tools, real estate tech, and product-led marketing videos.

Responsibilities:

1. Create polished product demo videos for web apps, AI tools, SaaS platforms, and internal product launches.

2. Convert product features into clear video stories that explain what the product does, why it matters, and how users benefit.

3. Record product screens, app flows, dashboards, user journeys, and feature interactions.

4. Add motion graphics, zoom effects, cursor animations, transitions, overlays, callouts, and captions.

5. Create videos for YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram Reels, landing pages, investor demos, and product launches.

6. Work with founders, product managers, and UI teams to understand product positioning and convert it into compelling visual content.

7. Edit long product demos into short clips, launch videos, tutorials, and social media assets.

8. Maintain a clean, modern visual style consistent with SaaS and AI product brands.

9. Add music, sound effects, voiceover sync, subtitles, and visual pacing to make videos engaging.

10. Create reusable video templates for future product releases.

Required Skills





Strong experience with video editing tools such as:

Adobe Premiere Pro

After Effects

Final Cut Pro

DaVinci Resolve

CapCut / Descript / Screen Studio / Tella / Camtasia

Strong motion graphics skills, especially for SaaS/product videos.

Ability to create clean UI-focused animations, zooms, highlights, and transitions.

Experience recording software demos and turning them into polished marketing videos.

Positive understanding of pacing, visual hierarchy, storytelling, and product explanation.

Ability to write or improve short scripts for demo videos.

Comfortable working with AI tools for video generation, voiceovers, captions, and editing.

Basic understanding of product design, UX flows, SaaS dashboards, and web applications.

Strong portfolio of product videos, explainer videos, app demos, or launch videos.

Preferred Skills:

Experience creating videos for AI products, SaaS companies, developer tools, real estate platforms, fintech, or marketing tech.

Videos that explain a product, workflow, or use case in a simple way.

4. Short social videos

1560 second videos for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and X.

5. Founder/product demo edits

Turning rough Loom recordings into polished, professional videos.

6. Feature release videos

Short videos explaining new features for users, investors, or internal teams.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who is not just an editor, but a product storyteller.

The right candidate should be able to look at a product feature and ask:

What is the user trying to do?

What is the fastest way to explain this?

“What should be highlighted on screen?”

“How do we make this feel premium and easy to understand?”

They should be detail-oriented, creative, fast, and comfortable working in a startup environment.

Example Assignment / Test Task

As part of the hiring process, we will provide a short product flow or screen recording.

The candidate must create a 30–45 second product demo video that includes:

Clear intro/title

Screen recording or UI animation

Cursor movement or guided walkthrough

Text overlays/callouts

Smooth transitions

Background music

Captions or subtitles

Export in 1080p or 4K

Bonus points if they also provide:

15-second short version

YouTube thumbnail

LinkedIn/Instagram version

Editable project file
