Job Title: HR Senior Executive / Executive HR Operations

Job Summary

We are looking for an HR Senior Executive / Executive – HR Operations to manage end-to-end HR operations, including payroll, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, exit formalities, employee engagement, and HR documentation. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of HR processes, statutory compliance, and HRIS.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including attendance, leave, reimbursements, statutory deductions, and coordination with the payroll vendor.

- Handle complete onboarding activities, including offer documentation, pre-joining formalities, document verification, HRIS entry, induction, and employee joining.

- Manage employee lifecycle activities such as confirmations, transfers, promotions, and employee record management.

- Coordinate exit formalities, including resignation acceptance,



clearance, full & final settlement, exit interviews, and relieving documentation.

- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, festivals, wellness activities, and team-building events.

- Prepare and update Job Descriptions (JDs) for various positions in coordination with department heads.

- Maintain employee records, HR MIS, and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

- Support HR audits, policy implementation, and process improvement initiatives.

- Coordinate with recruitment, finance, and business teams for seamless HR operations.

- Address employee queries related to payroll, leave, perks, policies, and HR processes.
