We are seeking a Design cum Draft Engineer who will be responsible for preparing HVAC system

designs, drafting drawings, and providing technical support for VRF and Chillers projects. The role

involves working closely with the design, sales, and project teams to ensure accurate and efficient

drawings, layouts, and documentation.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare detailed HVAC system drawings (VRF Chillers) using AutoCAD.

- Develop ducting layouts, piping layouts, and equipment placement drawings.

- Assist in basic HVAC design calculations and equipment selection.

- Prepare and update BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and technical documentation.

- Coordinate with sales and project teams for technical submittals and project documentation.

- Modify and revise drawings based on project requirements and site conditions.

- Ensure all drawings comply with applicable HVAC standards, codes, and project specifications.

- Support project execution teams with drawing revisions and technical clarifications.





- Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, and project documents.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Diploma/Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

- 1-3 years of experience in HVAC drafting (VRF and Chiller projects preferred).

- Proficiency in AutoCAD (Mandatory).

- Good knowledge of HVAC systems, ducting, and piping layouts.

- Familiarity with BOQ preparation and HVAC documentation.

- Understanding of ISHRAE/ASHRAE standards is an added advantage.

- Valuable communication and teamwork skills.

- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
