Purpose/Objective

We are seeking an experienced Aero Structure Design Engineer to support the design and development of UAV/Drone platforms. The candidate will be responsible for structural design, development, and validation of airframe components, ensuring compliance with performance, weight, manufacturability, and reliability requirements.

Key Responsibilities of Role

Key Responsibilities - Design and develop UAV airframe structures, including fuselage, wings, empennage, payload integration, and mounting structures. - Perform structural layout, component design, and detailed engineering using CAD tools. - Conduct structural analysis and support FEA activities for strength, stiffness, fatigue, and vibration requirements. - Work closely with Aerodynamics, Systems, Manufacturing, and Flight Test teams throughout the development lifecycle. - Support prototype development, assembly, testing, and design validation activities. - Prepare engineering drawings,



BOMs, design reports, and technical documentation. - Drive design optimization for weight reduction, manufacturability, and performance enhancement. - Support qualification, certification, and flight-worthy design processes.

Technical Competencies

Qualifications and Experience

Required Qualifications - B. E. /B. Tech/M. Tech in Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline. - 4–7 years of experience in UAV, Drone, Unmanned Systems, or Aerospace Structures Design. - Hands-on experience with CAD tools such as CATIA, NX, SolidWorks, or Creo. - Experience in composite and metallic structure design. - Understanding of structural analysis and FEA tools. - Knowledge of aerospace manufacturing processes and design standards.
