- 5-8 years of overall IT experience with minimum 3 - 5 years in ServiceNow development and integrations
- Proven hands-on experience with ServiceNow Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, and MID Server
- Strong experience with at least 3-4 enterprise system integrations (SAP, Salesforce, Workday, Azure AD, AWS, etc.)
- Experience with ITSM module integrations (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Service Catalog)
- Demonstrated expertise in scripting and automation within ServiceNow platform

- Exposure to AI/ML integrations and Now Assist capabilities
- Knowledge of ITIL framework and ITSM best practices
- Experience with ServiceNow App Engine and scoped application development
