Good verbal and written communication skills

Minimum Graduate in streams of commerce, geography, management, mathematics, science, computers or engineering

Freshers with up to 24 months of experience in similar environments/ tech companies

Preferrably looking for immediate Joiners

Cognitive threshold of 1,260+ through AMCAT assessments for Data Interpretation, Logical Reasoning, Quantitative Skills and Reading Comprehension

Ability to work as a team and demonstrate collaborative culture

Technological savviness - able to quickly understand Alphabets products which are technical in nature

Strong familiarity with Google products/ software e.g. Chrome, Docs, Trix etc.

Quick learning and understanding of complex processes

Deliver high quality and ensure process compliance

Knowledge of Autonomous Vehicle lifecycle and sound understanding of radar, video, LiDAR and allied sensor technologies

Ability to Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues

Ability to analyze critical situations,



their characteristics and human behavior with the help of various test simulations

Ability to create test scenarios, work closely with engineers ensuring high quality of tests

Willing to learn new skills and demonstrate high cognitive capability

Ability to perform root cause analysis, suggest process improvements and improve tool efficiency

Additional preferences

Experience working in a B2B or B2C environment

Comfortable with a rapidly-changing environment

Broad understanding of driving laws/ lane guidelines/ traffic signals. Driving experience a plus

Proactively identify issues and suggest solutions on how to make projects run more smoothly

Nice to have: working experience on any automotive simulation software.

This role requires versatile shifts and 24/7 coverage(including night shifts and public holidays)
