Job Title: Reservation Executive

Job Responsibilities:
- Handle room reservations through calls, emails, and online booking platforms.
- Assist guests with booking inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Coordinate with the Front Office team regarding reservations and room availability.
- Maintain reservation records and update booking details in the system.
- Ensure a smooth booking experience and excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and reservation systems.
- Prior experience in hotel reservations will be an added advantage.
