Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Generate new business through corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other business partners.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate accounts and key clients.
- Promote hotel rooms, banquet facilities, conferences, weddings, and other hospitality services.
- Conduct sales calls, client meetings, and hotel presentations.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with the Reservations, Front Office, Banquet, and Operations teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
- Attend networking events, exhibitions, and trade shows to generate business opportunities.

Required Skills

- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent relationship-building and client management abilities.




- Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- Good knowledge of hotel sales, revenue generation, and hospitality operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and hotel CRM/PMS systems.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 25 years of experience in hotel sales or hospitality business development.
- Experience in corporate sales, room sales, banquet sales, and MICE sales will be preferred.
