1. JOB PURPOSE:

To ensure effective and efficient production as per the Business plan by regular monitoring and controlling.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- Attend Daily Morning Meeting, Localization, New project meeting & escalation of open points.
- New supplier souring and audit for current project and localization activity.
- ISO & IATF certificates from all suppliers, Validity check and follow up.
- BOM study and XYZ finalization with CP team
- Collecting Drawing from CP team and Designers for New project and localization activity.
- RFQ and drawing distribution to applicable supplier and receiving acknowledgement by supplier on timely manner.
- Resolving supplier queries with designers regarding the drawings.
- RFQ follow-up and obtaining quotation before target date and preparing price summary.
- Supplier finalization based on summary and sharing with CP team.
- Localization schedule and QCD sheet preparation.
- Supplier improvement follow up.
