The Chance

We are building integrated digital products (with tech stack Next.js/ReactJS, NestJS/NodeJS, Azure Service Bus, PostgreSQL 16 + pgvector, Python & Azure cloud) that connect portals, data and core systems (Dynamics 365, Business Central, and Production/PLM tooling). We are looking for a Full-Stack Engineer to deliver end-to-end features across UI, services and integrations.

This role suits someone who enjoys shipping complete user journeys: from requirement to production release, including API design, workflow automation, and operational readiness.

What You’ll Do

Deliver End-to-End Features

- Build full user journeys across portal UI, services and integrations.
- Implement workflows for approvals, status changes, notifications and operational reporting.
- Own features through build, test, release and iteration based on user feedback.

Integration & Workflow Automation

- Develop and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365, Business Central, PLM and the data platform.
- Build reliable workflow orchestration (validation, error handling, retries, audit trails).
- Reduce rekeying and manual steps by systemising handoffs between functions.

Engineering Quality & Operability

- Write maintainable code with clear tests and documentation.
- Implement logging, monitoring hooks and runbook-ready behaviour.




- Support release management and incident learning to improve platform stability.

Collaborate with Product & Stakeholders

- Work with BAs and stakeholders to refine requirements and data needs.
- Support UAT, training and rollout; ensure solutions are usable and adopted.
- Partner with the Tech Lead to align to architecture and delivery standards.

What We’re Looking For

Essential

- 4–7+ years’ experience as a full-stack engineer delivering production software.
- Strong TypeScript experience; comfortable across Next.js/React front-end and API/service development with NestJS/NodeJS, Azure Service Bus, PostgreSQL 16 + pgvector
- Proven experience building integrations and workflow automations across multiple systems.
- Good engineering discipline (testing, code review, documentation, operational readiness).
- Ability to work with non-technical stakeholders and translate workflows into shipped solutions.
- A constant desire to ask why.

Desirable

- Experience integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Business Central with other platforms.
- Experience with event-driven patterns and automation (queueing, schedulers, triggers).
- Exposure to manufacturing/production or supply chain data and workflows.
- Exposure to Python FastAPI, Triton, CLIP, SDXL/ControlNet technology.
- Experience with cloud hosting and deployment pipelines in Azure.
