We are looking for a motivated, target-oriented Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, promoting our services, and achieving sales targets through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain services and address customer queries.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Follow up with interested customers to close sales.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Requirements

- Graduate preferred.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
