Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Python Full Stack Developer / Technical Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-scale AI-enabled applications and intelligent automation platforms.

The ideal candidate will act as the technical leader for the AI Automation Team and will be responsible for guiding development teams, defining architecture standards, driving AI solution strategies, and ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing implementations across projects.

This role requires deep expertise in full stack development, enterprise architecture, AI solution integration, technical governance, and leadership capabilities. The candidate will mentor and guide Grade 9 and Grade 10 developers while collaborating closely with Architects, Product Managers, QA Leadership, DevOps teams, and Business Stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the architecture, design, and development of enterprise-scale AI-enabled applications and automation platforms.
- Define technical roadmaps, architecture standards, coding standards, and best practices for the AI Automation Team.
- Drive AI solutioning strategies and oversee implementation of AI-powered business solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Python Full Stack Developers and Senior Developers across projects.
- Review and approve solution designs, architecture documents, and implementation approaches.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, QA Leadership, and Business Stakeholders to translate business problems into scalable technical solutions.
- Lead technical discussions for application modernization, AI integration, automation frameworks, and platform scalability.
- Design scalable microservices architecture,



cloud-native applications, and AI integration frameworks.
- Ensure application security, performance optimization, reliability, maintainability, and governance compliance.
- Oversee CI/CD, DevOps practices, deployment automation, and cloud infrastructure alignment.
- Drive proof of concepts (POCs), innovation initiatives, and adoption of emerging AI technologies.
- Support project estimation, technical planning, risk assessment, and delivery governance.
- Resolve complex technical and architectural challenges across projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 12+ years of experience in Python Full Stack Development and enterprise application architecture.
- Strong expertise in Python technologies including FastAPI, Flask, Django, and scalable backend frameworks.
- Extensive experience with frontend technologies such as React.js, Angular, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Strong hands-on experience in AI implementation projects and integrating AI solutions into enterprise applications.
- Proven experience in technical architecture, solution design, and enterprise system integration.
- Robust understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, API gateways, and event-driven architectures.
- Experience designing scalable cloud-native applications on Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Expertise in databases including PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, or similar technologies.
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and infrastructure automation.
- Strong understanding of application security, scalability,



observability, and performance optimization.
- Experience leading technical teams and mentoring developers.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, AI orchestration frameworks, vector databases, and AI agent-based systems.
- Exposure to LangChain, OpenAI APIs, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, or similar AI frameworks.
- Experience in intelligent automation, AI-assisted QA solutions, or enterprise automation platforms.
- Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and architecture governance frameworks.
- Experience working in Agile, SAFe, or enterprise-scale delivery models.
- Exposure to platform engineering and AI governance frameworks.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
