Role & responsibilities

1. Visit corporate clients, hospitals, educational institutions, and other organizations to build and maintain skilled relationships.

2. Identify and develop new client partnerships to support recruitment and business growth.

3. Promote the organization's employer brand, job opportunities, and HR services to prospective clients and candidates.

4. Coordinate with colleges, training institutes, and placement cells to establish campus recruitment partnerships.

5. Generate recruitment leads through networking, referrals, and regular client interactions.

6. Collaborate with the HR and recruitment team to understand hiring requirements and facilitate timely recruitment.

7. Organize and represent the organization at job fairs, career events, and recruitment drives.

8. Maintain accurate records of client visits, follow-ups, leads, and partnership activities, and submit periodic reports.

9. Ensure effective communication and follow-up with clients to strengthen relationships and improve client satisfaction.

10. Achieve assigned business development, client acquisition, and recruitment targets while representing the organization professionally.
