Role & responsibilities

Video Editing & Production: Edit and produce longform and shortform content with strong narrative flow, pacing, and visual polish. Motion Graphics & Animation: Enhance projects with dynamic animations, transitions, and 3D camera work.

- AI Tools Integration: Apply trending AI platforms for editing, captioning, and creative ideation.
- Global Content Standards: Adapt content for diverse audiences and international markets.
- Workflow & Asset Management: Organize video assets, maintain brand consistency, and deliver on deadlines.
- Creative Experimentation: Explore new editing styles, AI prompts, and visual storytelling techniques to keep content fresh.
- CrossPlatform Adaptation: Tailor edits for YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and other digital platforms with optimized formats.
- Collaboration: Work closely with designers, marketers, and content strategists to align video outputs with campaign goals.
- Communication: Maintain transparent, proactive communication with team members, ensuring smooth workflows in a fastpaced startup environment.
- Quality Assurance: Review and refine edits to ensure technical accuracy, smooth transitions, and brand consistency.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on emerging video trends, AI tools, and audience preferences to keep the company ahead of the curve.
- Storyboarding: Collaborate on preproduction planning, translating concepts into clear visual sequences.
- Performance Insights: Track video engagement metrics and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience & Skills:

23 years of proven experience in video editing across longform and shortform formats.

Prior experience working with a digital marketing agency or creative agency environment.

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro or similar.





Robust foundation in motion graphics and animation techniques.

Handson exposure to AI tools (RunwayML, ChatGPT, MidJourney, or equivalents).

Understanding of AI prompts for video/image generation.
