ROLE: Team Lead/ Lead Recruiter

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of US IT Recruiters to achieve hiring targets and client requirements.
- Assign job requirements, monitor team performance, and ensure timely delivery of open positions.
- Source, screen, and recruit qualified IT professionals for US-based clients.
- Provide training, mentoring, and continuous support to team members to improve productivity and recruitment quality.
- Review resumes, conduct quality checks, and ensure compliance with client requirements.
- Coordinate with Account Managers and clients to understand hiring needs and recruitment priorities.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment metrics and prepare performance reports.
- Ensure effective use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job portals, and recruitment tools.
- Resolve team escalations, address recruitment challenges, and implement process improvements.
- Maintain high standards of candidate experience and build long-term talent pipelines.
- Drive team motivation, productivity, and achievement of individual and team KPIs.
- Stay updated on US IT market trends, recruitment best practices, and emerging technologies.

Job Details

- Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
- Work Location: In Person (Jaipur)
- Shift Timings: 6:30 PM 3:30 AM IST (US Shift: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM EST)

Note: Cab facility will be provided for female employees working in the night shift
