Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP MM Functional Consultant with hands-on expertise in SAP Materials Management. The ideal candidate should have experience in end-to-end implementations, support, and enhancement projects with strong knowledge of procurement, inventory management, and integration with other SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and support SAP MM processes including Purchasing, Procurement, Inventory Management, and Invoice Verification.
- Gather business requirements and prepare functional specifications.
- Perform system configuration, testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Work on master data including Material Master, Vendor Master, and Purchasing Info Records.
- Configure Organizational Structure, Plants, Storage Locations, Purchasing Organizations, and Purchasing Groups.
- Handle procurement processes such as PR, RFQ, Quotation, PO, Goods Receipt (GR), Goods Issue (GI), Stock Transfer Orders (STO), and Invoice Verification.
- Support inventory management,



physical inventory, and stock movements.
- Coordinate with technical teams for custom developments, reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows.
- Integrate SAP MM with SAP SD, SAP FI/CO, SAP PP, SAP WM/EWM, and QM.
- Resolve production issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide ongoing application support.
- Prepare documentation, user manuals, and conduct end-user training.

Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of SAP MM configuration and business processes.
- Experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Inventory Management, and Logistics Execution.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Purchase Requisition (PR)
- Request for Quotation (RFQ)
- Purchase Order (PO)
- Goods Receipt (GR)
- Goods Issue (GI)
- Invoice Verification (IV)
- Physical Inventory
- Release Strategy
- Account Determination
- Pricing Procedure

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA MM is preferred.
