SAP SD Functional Consultant

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP SD Functional Consultant with robust knowledge of SAP Sales and Distribution processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP SD configuration, end-to-end implementation, support, enhancements, and integration with other SAP modules such as MM, FI, and WM/EWM.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP SD solutions.
- Configure SAP SD modules including:
- Sales Document Types
- Item Categories
- Schedule Line Categories
- Copy Controls
- Partner Determination
- Output Determination
- Pricing Procedure
- Credit Management
- Shipping and Transportation
- Billing and Invoicing

- Work on Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes.
- Handle sales order processing, deliveries, billing, returns, and credit/debit memo processes.
- Support interfaces with third-party applications.
- Perform functional testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Prepare Functional Specifications (FS) for SAP ABAP developments.
- Coordinate with technical teams for custom developments, reports, enhancements, user exits, BAdIs, and SmartForms.




- Resolve production issues and provide L2/L3 support.
- Conduct end-user training and prepare user documentation.
- Participate in implementation, rollout, migration, upgrade, and support projects.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in SAP SD configuration.
- Good understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
- Experience with Pricing, Output Determination, Credit Management, and Shipping.
- Knowledge of IDocs, EDI, Interfaces, and Batch Jobs.
- Integration experience with SAP MM, FI, PP, WM/EWM, and TM.
- Experience in preparing Functional Specifications for custom developments.
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Sales processes is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- SAP SD Certification is an added advantage.
- Experience in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology is preferred
