- Develop and manage production plans to ensure on-time order execution.
- Prepare production schedules, line loading, and capacity planning.
- Coordinate with Merchandising, Production, Cutting, Stitching, Finishing, Sourcing, and Quality teams.
- Monitor T&A; (Time & Action) calendar and ensure shipment deadlines are achieved.
- Plan fabric, trims, and inventory to avoid production delays.
- Track WIP, production efficiency, and daily output; resolve bottlenecks.
