Roles & Responsibilities :

The future team member will be expected to do the below mentioned work :

- Call the incoming leads to explain the project details.

- Share the relevant project details with the prospective and qualified buyers.

- Fix up the appointment for the site visit and align them with the site team.

- Follow up with them for feedback and understand when they want to buy the property.

- Maintain the MIS sheet for the lead feedback and site visits.

- Co-ordinate with builders for lead registration and other back end works.

Preferred Candidate Profile :

- The person should be fluent in English, Hindi and can at least understand Kannada.
