Job Purpose:
To lead the marketing and brand management initiatives for the Cardia (Cardiology) Division by formulating and executing strategies that drive brand growth, market share, and profitability. The role requires strong analytical skills, market understanding, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Management:
Develop, implement, and monitor marketing plans and promotional strategies for cardiac brands to achieve sales and market share targets.
- Market Analysis:
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and therapeutic area insights to identify opportunities and challenges in the cardiology segment.
- Product Strategy:
Formulate product positioning, life cycle management, and portfolio expansion strategies aligned with company goals.
- Promotional Development:
Design and approve brand communication materials, visual aids, and digital marketing content for effective field force utilization.
- Training & Coordination:
Conduct product training programs for the sales team to ensure thorough understanding of product benefits, positioning, and promotional messages.
- Collaboration:
Work closely with sales, medical, regulatory, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth implementation of marketing plans.
- KOL Management:
Identify and engage key opinion leaders (KOLs) and cardiologists for brand advocacy and CME (Continuing Medical Education) initiatives.
- Budget Management:
Plan and monitor brand budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and ROI tracking for marketing activities.
