Preparing list of critical spare parts. Creating preventive maintenance checklists for electrical and instrumentation equipment. Checking log sheets daily (e.g., Transformer, VCB, Battery charger, DG SET, Compressor). Maintaining PLC panels with related instrumentation equipment. Monitoring motor and feeder temperatures using TESTO883 Thermography Gun and creating PDF with TESTO Application. Scheduling shifts and general shift duties for electrical maintenance.
Checking and maintaining auto drain valves for air receiver tanks. Handling casual and contract manpower. Educating technicians on safe electrical maintenance operations, Lotto, and work permit systems. Maintaining electrical material stock data and issuing data. Following 5S standards at the work location. Preparing earth pit maintenance schedules and conducting earth pit testing. Receiving breakdown messages from concerned departments and appointing technicians to address issues. Maintaining equipment data files and service/AMC files.
