As a Luxury Experience Curator (L7), you are the maestro of clienteling—responsible for reading clients like a book, crafting unforgettable experiences, and ensuring every interaction leaves a lingering positive "aftertaste".

This is not a sales role—it's a relationship role. While you'll work alongside our Luxury Sales Consultants, your focus is on building lifelong patronage with our most discerning clients (NRIs, business elites, and Chandigarh's socialites). You are the face of our brand's elegance, discretion, and emotional intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:

- The Grand Welcome: Greet clients with warmth, intuition, and anticipation—like hosting a VIP in a private salon.
- The Emotional Connection: Read body language, tone, and subtle cues to understand clients' unspoken desires.
- The Storytelling Mastery: Present each piece as a work of art, weaving narratives about craftsmanship, heritage, and emotional value.
- The Trusted Advisor: Guide clients without pressure, positioning yourself as their lifelong jewellery curator.
- The Aftertaste Creator: Ensure every interaction ends with clients feeling valued, understood, and eager to return.
- The Discretion Guardian: Maintain absolute confidentiality about clients, purchases, and preferences.
- Cooperative Leadership: Mentor L6 Sales Consultants on ‘clienteling’ techniques and brand ambassadorship.
