Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage HR generalist activities such as employee onboarding, exit interviews, grievance handling, and joining formalities.

- Coordinate with employees to ensure timely completion of attendance management.

- Handle exit processes by conducting exit interviews and ensuring a smooth transition for departing employees.

- Perform various HR coordination tasks including recruitment, training & development initiatives.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to human resources.

Desired Candidate Profile

- MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations or equivalent qualification.

- 3-6 years of experience in an HR role within the Metal & Mining industry (preferably).

- Solid understanding of HR Generalist Activities, HR Coordination, Joining Formalities, Attendance Management, Induction Programs, Grievance Handling, and Exit Interviews.
