- Generate and convert sales through leads provided by the company and self-sourcing, where applicable.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance plans.
- Assist customers with documentation and policy issuance.
- Achieve monthly sales and productivity targets.
- Update customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth policy processing.
