We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Store Manager to lead our retail operations, inspire high-performing teams, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Store Operations

- Manage day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, operational standards, and statutory requirements.
- Maintain store cleanliness, safety, visual merchandising, and brand presentation.
- Monitor stock availability, inventory accuracy, shrinkage control, and replenishment.

Sales & Business Growth

- Drive store sales to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Monitor key business metrics including conversion, average bill value, UPT (Units Per Transaction), and customer retention.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales through promotions, cross-selling, and upselling.
- Analyse sales reports and implement action plans to improve store performance.

Team Leadership

- Recruit, train, coach, and mentor Beauty Advisers and store staff.
- Conduct daily briefings and motivate the team to achieve business objectives.
- Manage staff schedules, attendance, productivity, and performance.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and customer-focused work culture.

Customer Experience

- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly.
- Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Ensure all team members maintain excellent grooming and service standards.

Inventory & Cash Management

- Oversee stock counts, inward and outward inventory movement, and stock audits.
- Ensure proper cash handling,



billing accuracy, banking, and reconciliation.
- Minimise inventory loss through effective stock management and control.

Compliance & Reporting

- Ensure adherence to company policies and statutory compliance.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational and sales reports.
- Coordinate with regional and corporate teams on business initiatives and operational requirements.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline (MBA or Retail Management is an added advantage).
- 25 years of experience in retail store management, preferably in beauty, cosmetics, fashion, lifestyle, or FMCG retail.
- Proven experience in leading retail teams and achieving sales targets.
