Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute global sourcing strategies to optimize spend management, improve quality, and reduce costs.
- Manage the entire procurement process from RFx creation to contract negotiation, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and supplier consolidation.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategic sourcing decisions.

Job Requirements :

- 10-12 years of experience in global sourcing or procurement leadership role within IT Services & Consulting industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders across various functions (e.g., finance, operations).
- Solid understanding of RFX processes and ability to create effective RFIs/RFPs that drive desired outcomes.
- Experience working with large datasets using tools like Excel/PPT; strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
