Key Responsibilities

Medical Billing Executive - US Healthcare (RCM)

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and submit medical claims to insurance companies.




- Review claims for accuracy before submission.
- Perform Accounts Receivable (AR) follow-up with insurance payers.
- Analyse and resolve denied or rejected claims.
- Post insurance and patient payments accurately.
- Work on claim status, appeals, and resubmissions.
- Meet productivity and quality benchmarks.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and client guidelines.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of the US Medical Billing process.
- Understanding of claim lifecycle, CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes.
- Experience in AR Follow-up, Payment Posting, Charge Entry, or Denial Management is preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Willingness to work in night shifts.
