- Assist in packaging operations to ensure effective production output.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment and machinery to prevent breakdowns and optimize performance.
- Provide production support by monitoring production processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily targets and meet quality standards.
Job Requirements :
- 0-1 year of experience in a similar role or industry (FMCG).
- Strong understanding of helper activities, including packaging operations and maintenance procedures.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Basic knowledge of production support principles and practices.
