Hiring: Project Architect (3-6 Years Experience)

Location: Gurugram, Haryana

Who We're Looking For

Qualification:

- Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) Mandatory

Experience:

- 3-6 years of relevant professional experience

Skills Required:

- Strong technical and construction knowledge
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage projects from concept development through execution
- Robust attention to detail and commitment to quality

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, review, and coordinate GFC drawings
- Develop architectural designs and detailed construction documentation




- Coordinate effectively with consultants, vendors, and project stakeholders
- Monitor project progress, timelines, and deliverables
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure design intent and quality standards are maintained
- Participate in client meetings and project presentations
- Collaborate with senior architects and multidisciplinary teams throughout the project lifecycle

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in any of the following project types will be preferred:

- Hospitality
- Residential
- Commercial
- High-rise developments

Proficiency in industry-standard architectural software and a strong understanding of construction detailing are essential.
