Role Overview

The Field Supervisor Service is responsible for delivering operational excellence in the designated routes and ensuring customer centricity. The role oversees field operations, customer relationship management, team performance, and compliance with service standards while driving continuous improvement and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Adherence to EHS policy and practices.
- Ensure Zero accident / incident. Engage and reiterate employees on safe work practices.
- Ensure that issues identified in the Risk Assessment (JHA) process are mitigated or controlled in accordance with assigned responsibilities and schedules.
- Conduct toolbox talk with field professionals.
- Conduct EHS inspection/audit and cover each employee in designated routes.
- Carry out annual equipment survey.
- Plan for repair schedule as a preventive method.
- Carry out NIS before taking over new construction and modernization jobs.
- Generating Facilitating T orders booking and closure.
- Ensure zero call back through periodic scheduled maintenance.
- Ensure Quality of Service through defined processes and inspections.
- Timely and Transparent communication with customers. Build strong customer relationships to enhance customer centricity.

- Responsible for acquisition and recoveries of Units.
- Material and Inventory management.

- Drive Safety awareness program in schools and societies.




- Actively participate in Regional Quality Council Safety meetings and ensure timely progress.

Qualifications Requirements

- Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- 3-10 years of experience in lifts/escalators service, including customer-facing roles.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Positive analytical and problem solving skills.
