- Administer, configure, and maintain the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including Runtime Manager, API Manager, Exchange, CloudHub, Runtime Fabric, and other platform components as applicable.
- Deploy, manage, monitor, and troubleshoot Mule applications across Development, QA, UAT, and Production environments.
- Perform platform upgrades, patching, migrations, backup, recovery, and disaster recovery activities.
- Administer and support Managed File Transfer (MFT) solutions, ensuring secure and reliable file exchanges.
- Monitor platform health, application performance, and system availability using enterprise monitoring tools.
- Implement security best practices, including SSL/TLS, certificates, authentication, authorization, and API security policies.
- Automate routine administrative and operational tasks using scripting.
- Work closely with integration developers, infrastructure teams, security teams, and application owners to resolve production issues.
- Participate in incident, problem, and change management activities following ITIL processes.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge articles.
- Provide production support and participate in 24x7 rotational shift and on-call support as required.

Required skills and experience
- 10+ years of overall IT experience, with significant hands-on experience in MuleSoft Administration.
- Robust expertise in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform Administration.
- Experience administering CloudHub, Runtime Manager, API Manager, Exchange, and/or Runtime Fabric.
- Hands-on experience with Managed File Transfer (MFT) platforms.
- Good knowledge of scripting using Shell, Bash, Python, PowerShell, or similar scripting languages for automation.
- Experience with middleware monitoring, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and capacity planning.
- Strong understanding of Linux/Unix and Windows server administration.
- Knowledge of networking concepts, SSL/TLS, certificates, load balancing, proxies, and API security.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Preferred skills and experience
- MuleSoft Certified Administrator or MuleSoft Platform-related certifications are highly desirable.
- Experience with enterprise integration architectures and API lifecycle management.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
