Responsibilities

- Provide personalized financial solutions and advice to clients, tailored to their unique needs and goals
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their financial situation, risk profile, and investment objectives
- Recommend and facilitate the opening of appropriate banking products and services, such as savings accounts, loans, and investment opportunities
- Assist clients with account management, including fund transfers, bill payments, and account inquiries
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the banks products, services, and policies to effectively address client needs
- Collaborate with other teams within the bank to provide comprehensive financial solutions for clients
- Actively participate in client acquisition and retention initiatives to grow the banks customer base
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies

Requirements

- experience in a customer-facing role within the financial services industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills,



with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address client needs
- Proficient in the use of financial software and digital banking platforms
- Ability to work in a team setting and collaborate effectively with colleagues
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a high level of professionalism
- Willingness to undergo continuous training and development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations
