A. Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Technical Operations Management: Ensure seamless functioning of the organisations end-to-end technology infrastructure, with support from the IT Lead, including hardware (laptops, servers, routers), software systems (productivity tools, employee management tools), and cybersecurity protocols; oversee procurement, asset management, and implementation of data backup and security protocols.
- Digital Advisory to Departments: Provide expert input to line departments on identifying, conceptualising, and designing tech-enabled interventions under externally aided projects (EAPs).
- Stakeholder and Ecosystem Engagement: Serve as the interface between departments, technology partners, lending partners, and other digital public goods platforms.
- Capacity Building and Knowledge Support: Lead the establishment of knowledge products, SOPs, and learning modules to enhance department capacity to design and manage tech-enabled programmes.
- Monitoring & Evaluation Support: Support in defining digital KPIs and frameworks for evaluating tech deployments; advise on use of real-time dashboards, MIS, and feedback loops, and support the establishment of the Air Quality Management Decision Support System to record, analyse,
and report implementation performance.

C. Qualification Criteria: B.Tech in Computer Science or Information Technology, or MCA from a recognised University or Skilled Institution recognised by Government.
D. Experience Criteria: Minimum 5 years experience in the IT sector, with at least 4 years of relevant work experience, preferably with State Government Departments/Boards/Corporations.
