Role & responsibilities

To receive the materials in store, checking, Goods Receiving Report Preparation, issuance of raw and packing material

- Co-ordination with production Department for issuance of materials.

- To maintain Inventory of Raw Materials, Packing Material, Engineering, Consumable, Cleaning and Sanitization.

- Ensuring proper segregation / identification and labeling of materials.

- SAP related activity for Store & distribution like Preparation of GRR, issue of materials, material return, dispatch documents, label printing, printing of process order and other.

- Monitoring on destruction / disposal of scrap & waste generated during dispensing & receipt.

- Monitoring on cleanliness of store & distribution areas, passages, equipment, instruments & ancillary equipment.

- Monitoring of environmental conditions in store & distribution area.

- Maintain online documentation related to warehouse activities like BMR/BPR, log books, checklist,



balance verification and daily records.

- Observing and complying with Valuable Manufacturing Practice (GMP) & Environment, Health and Safety Policies of company.

- To Prepare, periodic review, revision, training and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) of Store & Distribution Department.

- Initiation of Change Control, Deviation, CAPA, and as and when required.

- Support investigation team for investigation of Non conformances, Deviations, Market complaints, OOS etc.

- To review and execute protocol for process validation, cleaning validation, equipment qualification, facility qualification etc.

- Monitoring of storage & destruction of ANDA Batches, expired / rejected batches in coordination with production / Packing Department.
