Role & responsibilities

• Student Counselling: Provide expert guidance to students regarding course selection and career opportunities within the hospitality industry.
• Walk-In Engagement: Attend to walk-in students and their parents, offering informative consultations and addressing queries effectively.
• Lead Conversion: Convert leads into confirmed admissions by implementing strategic follow- up and persuasive communication.
• Regular Follow-Ups: Maintain ongoing communication with students and parents, conducting regular follow-up sessions and doubt-clearing discussions to ensure clarity and confidence in their educational choices.
• Target Management: Achieve and maintain performance goals by converting potential students into confirmed admissions and tracking progress.
• Coordination with Hotels:



Collaborate with hospitality partners to monitor and support student progress and internship placements.
• Initiatives and Marketing: Actively participate in marketing activities and initiatives to enhance enrolment and promote school and college campaigns and outreach campaigns.
