Roles & Responsibilities for Analyst

1. Understanding and maintenance of Quality Management System.

2. Performing the analysis as per the guidelines under supervision of Senior Analyst/ Lab manager.

3. Instrument operation and calibration on regular interval for Analytical balance, pH meter, HPLC, LCMS, etc.

4. Maintenance of the technical records, certificate of analysis as per requirement.

5. Recording Initial observations, necessary data, and calculations.

6. Inform the lab manager for any kind of equipment breakdown, fault or any kind of irrelevant test results (Preventive maintenance).

7. Perform method development, method validation and project related activities as per SOP/ Protocol.

8. Ensuring that quality system is adhered to all activities of lab activities including internal/external audits and their compliances.

Bringing it to the notice of lab head or director analytical service or QA manager or Director IVRS on reliable quality system violation which may impact the testing result or reputation of iVRS.

10. Preparation of SOP, Work instructions, protocols according to the requirement.

11. Protocol, report, raw data, and calibration records checking and verifying the same.

12. Preparation of Method development report, method validation report.

13. Performing excels validations.

14. Coordinating with Auditors and further clearing audit reports (Internal and external).

15. Responsible for following and maintaining confidentiality, integrity and availability related to Information Security and Management Systems.
