Hiring for Fleet Management Executive

Qualification : Graduate or Diploma/Certification in Logistics or Transport Management is preferred

Experience : 2-5 years in Fleet Management, Logistics, Transport Operations, or Vehicle Administration

Location : Hisar

Skills Required

Knowledge of GPS tracking systems, fleet management software, MS Excel and MIS reporting, analytical skills, communication, coordination, and multitasking.

Job Description:

- Monitor real-time movement of all company vehicles through GPS.
- Ensure optimum vehicle utilization and minimize idle time.
- Verify daily vehicle movement reports and trip records.
- Monitor fuel consumption and identify abnormal usage.
- Maintain fuel records and prepare monthly fuel analysis reports.
- Coordinate vehicle deployment with project offices.
- Track vehicle running kilometers and verify logbooks.
- Schedule preventive maintenance, servicing, insurance, PUC, fitness certificates,



and permits.
- Monitor driver attendance, duty allocation, and discipline.
- Ensure compliance with company vehicle policies and SOPs.
- Investigate route deviations and unauthorized vehicle usage.
- Monitor FASTag transactions and toll expenses.
- Maintain complete documentation of all company vehicles.
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance with workshops.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Report vehicle breakdowns, accidents, and emergencies immediately.
- Recommend measures to reduce fleet operating costs and improve efficiency.
