About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Senior Executive- Investment Operations to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in bridging front-line client communication and back-office administrative execution. You will work closely with clients, Investment Bankers, Product Managers, and Founders to ensure smooth onboarding, post-commitment compliance, and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
1. Client Management
Client Assistance: Proactively address and resolve general client queries in a timely manner.
Onboarding & Re-engagement: Reach out to dropped-off clients to guide them through the onboarding process.
Omnichannel Communication: Manage and respond to client inquiries across various channels, including phone calls, WhatsApp, and AI Chatbot interfaces.
Support Investment Bankers: Assist Investment Bankers (IB) in resolving client-facing issues swiftly.
2. Admin & Back Office Operations
KYC & Document Coordination: Coordinate with Investment Bankers post-commitment to collect and verify required KYC documents.
Status Reporting: Keep leadership updated on the status of every deal commitment.
Product Collaboration: Work alongside Product Managers to improve internal tools and operational resources.




Transaction Documentation: Record transaction details and upload investment documents for committed investors.
Equity & Note Issuance: Coordinate directly with Founders to facilitate the issuance of CCDs (Compulsorily Convertible Debentures) and Share Certificates.
Portfolio Management: Maintain accurate investment documentation and systematically update investor portfolio portals.

Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in Senior Executive- Investment Operations, Client Operations, or Back-Office Administration (Finance/Investment Banking background is a plus).
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills across phone, chat, and email platforms.
Attention to Detail: High accuracy in managing documentation, transaction records, and portfolio details.
Ownership & Follow-Through: Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams (Founders, Product, Investment Bankers).
Tech Savvy: Comfortable using modern communication platforms (WhatsApp, AI Chatbots) and administrative software tools.
